FPP Virtual Monthly Meeting

The Family Participation Program invites you to our next monthly virtual workshop in on Wednesday, June 18th from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM on zoom. This month’s topic is Community Organizing – Coming Together for Change, featuring special guest Hakim Crampton, Citizens for Prison Reform’s Government Relations Specialist. 

Join us for an empowering session where you’ll learn how everyday people can mobilize their communities and use their voices to create real, lasting impact. Hakim will guide us through the foundations of community organizing, effective tools for building collective power, and how to turn lived experience into meaningful advocacy.

You’ll have the opportunity to connect with other families impacted by the justice system, access local resources and support, and become part of a growing network of changemakers across Michigan. We believe that real change starts in community—and your voice is essential in that movement.
