June 28 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
FPP Meeting

The Family Participation Program invites you to our next in-person workshop in Detroit!

📅 Saturday, August 23rd
🕐 1:00–2:30 PM
📍 Bridging Communities, Detroit

This month’s topic: Community Organizing – Coming Together for Change

Join us for an empowering afternoon with Hakim Crampton, Citizens for Prison Reform’s Government Relations Specialist, as we explore how families and individuals impacted by incarceration can organize, advocate, and build collective power.

Whether you’re new to community organizing or already active in this work, this session will offer valuable insight, tools, and inspiration for making a difference.

Come connect with others, access local resources, and be part of a growing movement for change in Michigan.

Supported by Citizens for Prison Reform, Team Wellness Center, and Bridging Communities.

Detroit in-person meetings are held on the 4th Saturday of each month.
