DESCRIPTION:Having a loved one who is incarcerated can feel overwhelming and isolating\, but you don’t have to carry that weight alone. \nOur Virtual Family Support Group is a caring\, judgment-free space where Michigan families with loved ones in jail or prison can come together to find comfort\, connection\, and understanding. Whether you’re looking for support\, hoping to connect with others who truly understand\, or simply need a place to listen\, you are welcome exactly as you are. \nThere is no expectation to share. Come as you are\, take what you need\, and know that you are surrounded by people who care. \nEach meeting is guided by a licensed therapist who helps foster meaningful conversations\, offers practical tools for navigating life’s challenges\, and creates a safe space where every voice is valued. \nTogether\, we remind one another that no family should have to walk this journey alone. Through compassion\, connection\, and community\, we can find strength and hope\, one conversation at a time. \nOpen to all Michigan families impacted by incarceration.
